A 1983 graduate of the University of Toronto, he maintains a general dental practice in Hamilton, Ontario with a focus on advanced dental reconstructive treatment.

He is a member of the AAID Maxicourse Committee and Admissions & Credentialing Board, a former Trustee of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, former Councillor of the Ontario Dental Association, District Officer of the AAID and a part time clinical instructor at the University of Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine, AEGD Program.

A 1990 graduate from the University of Western Ontario, he maintains a full time dental practice in Waterloo, Ontario with a special focus on reconstructive and implant dentistry.

He is former President and Trustee of the Central District of the AAID. He has lectured widely in Canada and the United States on the topic of Dental Implants.

Rita Bauer has become recognized as a leading authority on integrating digital photography in the Dental Practice. During her 30 years as medical photographer and manager at Media Services at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto she has presented over 800 lectures and workshops and has trained thousands of dental professionals around the world. She now divides her time between the University and Bauer Seminars to provide lectures and workshops at national and international meetings. Her enthusiasm for the subject is infectious and in her fun filled lectures she transforms inexperienced photographers into enthusiastic, competent digital camera users and gives experienced photographers plenty of tips to make a difference in their daily routine. For her efforts to the dental community she has received Honorary Memberships from the OKU Honor Dental Society, as a Fellow of the International College of Dental Surgeons, the Award of Distinction from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto and an ad eundum Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland.

Dr. Iyer is Clinical Asst Professor in the Departments of PG Periodontics, PG Prosthodontics and Implant Fellowship Programs at the New Jersey University Medical Dental School and at Rutgers University. He is President Elect of the American Academy Of Implant Dentistry, the Director of Smile USA Center for Reconstructive Dentistry and President of the Center for Educational Excellence. Dr. Iyer sits on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Oral Implantology. He has lectured in over 30 countries and maintains a private practice limited to Implant Dentistry and Prosthodontics.

Dr. Andreana is Associate Professor and Director of Implant Dentistry at the University at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine. He also serves as Director of the University at Buffalo Implant Study Club. Previously, was Professor at Loma Linda University, Department of Periodontology. He graduated in Dentistry from the University of Roma La Sapienza School of Dentistry and obtained a Master in Sciences at the University at Buffalo. From 1990 – 2005 he worked as chief Investigator at the Periodontal Disease Research Center and at the Center for Dental Studies, University at Buffalo. He was Manager of the Applied Testing Center of Ivoclar Vivadent Inc., Senior manager of Research and Development at the Microbiology Oral Care Division of Pfizer Consumer Healthcare and Senior Manager and Head of the Oral Care Microbiology Research and Development of Johnson and Johnson Co.

Dr. Jay Elliott received his D.D.S. from the University of Texas School of Dentistry in 1980 and opened his general practice in Houston in 1981. He placed his first implants in 1989 and in 1995 attended the AAID MaxiCourse® in Atlanta, GA. In 1997, Dr. Elliott began a 3-year hospital based residency program in implant dentistry at the Loma Linda School of Dentistry from which he graduated in 2000. He is a full time practising dentist whose practice is focused on Dental Implants. In addition to running the Texas AAID Maxicourse he is also a member of the AAID Admissions and Credentialing Board.

Dr. Resnick is a 1992 graduate of the University of Minnesota Dental School and maintains a full time practice focused on surgical procedures including dental implants and bone reconstruction procedures. He is Past President of the Central District of the AAID and served on the Admissions and Credential Committee (A&C) of the AAID for 6 years and as a Board Examiner for the AAID. He has lectured widely in the United States on the topic of Allograft Block Bone Reconstruction Techniques.
