Our program meets the American Dental Association’s “Guidelines for the Use of Sedation and General Anesthesia by Dentists”

This 103-hour program, includes:

  • 72 hours of didactic education
  • 31 hours of clinical education where you will sedate and treat 20 patients.

Our program meets the educational requirements of ALL Provincial Dental Regulators in Canada and includes ACLS certification.

We provide patients for all 20 clinical patient experiences, Registered Nurses to assist you and to fulfill the requirements for a correctly qualified anesthesia team. We ask for you to bring your dental assistant as we provide training for your staff too! This means no down time or added overhead to your practice.

Our faculty of dental and medical clinicians are experts in the field of sedation.

    A 1983 graduate of the University of Toronto, he maintains a general dental practice in Hamilton, Ontario with a focus on advanced dental reconstructive treatment.
    He is a member of the AAID Maxicourse Committee and Admissions & Credentialing Board, a former Trustee of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, former Councillor of the Ontario Dental Association, District Officer of the AAID and a part time clinical instructor at the University of Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine, AEGD Program.
